Our Why

From Vision to Legacy

From Vision to Legacy
Our journey began in 2016 when a friend from Australia expressed interest in investing in a business to secure a visa for his family to live in the United States long-term. At the time, I owned a real estate company, and my wife worked as a flight attendant for Southwest Airlines. With various business opportunities coming my way, I suggested a tavern that was up for sale. Despite encountering some bumps during the transaction, we eventually explored other options, stumbling upon a vacant bar.

A Journey of Family..

 A Journey of Family..
Although we didn't have a specific food concept in mind, we embarked on a culinary journey. In Las Vegas, where good restaurants abound, we noticed a gap in the market for taverns offering excellent food. After interviewing several talented chefs, one suggested a burger concept. For two weeks, we meticulously sampled burgers from top-rated establishments in town. When our chef presented our menu, I can confidently say those burgers surpassed any we had tasted before.

Food

Food
Our aim before opening was simple: to deliver exceptional food not typically found in most taverns, coupled with outstanding customer service. Our son, who initially helped promote our business while working vip services on the strip, joined full-time in 2018 and played a pivotal role in marketing and community engagement. Our staff, whom we consider an extension of our family, includes members who have been with us since the beginning, rising through the ranks to management positions.

..and resilience

..and resilience
To keep things fresh, we introduced a "Burger of the Month" initiative, allowing our cooks to showcase their creativity. The winning burger earns a spot on our menu permanently if it resonates with our customers. Like many businesses, we faced challenges during the pandemic. When local bars and taverns were forced to close, we pivoted to serving families, a change we embraced and are grateful for. Now, guests of all ages can enjoy our burgers, and we hope to expand into new markets.

The Legacy

The Legacy
While my friend from Australia is no longer involved in the business, I am deeply grateful for his initial support, as well as the contributions of our loyal guests and dedicated staff. We thank God for given us the opportunity to build a family business that we can one day pass down to our grandson.
